The Ballots with complete instructions and bios of the candidates were mailed on May 24th.
Please send your ballot through the United States Mail or deliver in person at the Annual Meeting on June 29th, 2024. The Poll will close 15 minutes before the start of the meeting.

In effort to keep our members safe this year, the annual meeting on September 5th will be only a business meeting held at 4 pm to 5 pm.

This meeting will be held at the Pub or Lighthouse Keepers Lounge, whichever is available.

Of course, all full members and spouses are welcome but, in the spirit of social distancing you may want to limit your attendance to one person per membership.

In order to have a quorum, we do need each member to return his/her ballot or come to the meeting in person.

Once again this will be held at the splendid Inn’s Lightkeeper’s Lodge. Cocktails at 5:30 pm, followed by a buffet dinner and lastly the annual members business meeting.

Yacht club members: this is the Saturday that precedes the week of July 4th, so come up early for this Saturday evening event and stay the whole following week for all the July 4th festivities!
